Our fee for coming to your house and assessing it for an estate sale is $99.95 for the consultation. Additionally, we offer optional add-ons for further assistance:

1. Pre-sale Check: For $100, we can conduct a 1-3 day assessment prior to the sale to ensure everything is set for a successful event.

2. Extensive Marketing: If you desire more extensive marketing, we can post about your estate sale every week for a month for an additional $100. This will help increase visibility and attract more potential buyers to your sale.
